Since 1990, Giant Step has been at the forefront of new music discovery, and the Sonic Boom series, in collaboration with Maiya Norton, showcases what’s currently on our radar. Okayplayer premiered “L.M.O. (Giant Step Mix)” by up-and-coming R&B vocalist Muhsinah. This exclusive download is a version of the track “Let Me Out” from her upcoming album, Amazing, out in March. In addition to singing backing vocals for The Weeknd, the DC native was featured on Common’s Universal Mind Control album and nominated for a Grammy for her featured vocals on “Daykeeper” by The Foreign Exchange. |
